HBH celebrates Qiana Shedrick’s addition to firm leadership

Philadelphia, PA — Horsey, Buckner & Heffler (HBH), a minority-controlled accounting firm headquartered in Philadelphia, proudly celebrates the one-year anniversary of Qiana Shedrick as the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

With more than 20 years of professional, administrative, and operational experience, Qiana plays a pivotal role in supporting HBH’s continued growth. In her role, she directly assists the CEO with executive administrative responsibilities and oversees the firm’s internal operations, including leadership of the public relations and marketing committee and key firm initiatives.

A proud alumna of Hampton University, Qiana brings a unique blend of public- and private-sector experience. Before joining HBH, she served as an officer in the U.S. Army, held leadership roles in Boston Market and the former Payless Corporation, and contributed to the U.S. Social Security Administration.

In 2023, Qiana achieved a personal milestone by running for Philadelphia City Council At-Large, reflecting her lifelong dedication to civic engagement. She also serves on the boards of Jumpstart Tioga and the Upper North Neighbors Association, further extending her impact within the community.
